Once you've been assessed you have a choice of either improving your body or building a swing that develops around what you've got.
Being fit for golf isn't about time on the treadmill, it's about being able to move naturally and efficiently. So we need to get your mobility and stability right. That will enable you to make swing changes that work and that stick.
